Epsom Community Centre has a range of affordable, versatile rooms available for hire. Whether you’re planning a workshop, celebration, or gathering, our welcoming spaces and convenient location make it easy.

The Centre's four rooms are well equipped for presentations, meetings and social functions with audio-visual equipment, tables, chairs and kitchen facilities. Returning groups can arrange lockers to store materials for their activities.

We offer special rates for community groups and not-for-profit organisations.

As an added bonus, Epsom Community Centre offers plenty of on-site parking.

Epsom Hall

Epsom Hall can accommodate up to 80 people in a theatre setup, 20 in a U‑shape arrangement, 25 in a café-style layout, or 100 for a cocktail‑style event.

The hall can also be divided into two separate spaces and includes a full‑service kitchen, a ceiling‑mounted data projector, and a drop‑down screen, making it ideal for a wide range of functions and events.

Epsom Room

The Epsom Room can accommodate up to 40 people in a theatre layout, 15 in a U-shape, 18 in a café-style setup, or 50 for a cocktail-style event. It also features a full‑service kitchen, making it ideal for meetings, workshops, and community gatherings.

Ranfurly Room

The Ranfurly Room can accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre layout, 20 in a U‑shape arrangement, 20 in a café-style setup, or 70 for a cocktail‑style event. It also includes a convenient bar kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, making it a versatile choice for meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.

Eden Room

The Eden Room can accommodate up to 30 people in a theatre layout, 10 in a U‑shape arrangement, 12 in a café-style setup, or 35 for a cocktail‑style event. It also includes a ceiling‑mounted data projector and a drop‑down screen, making it well‑suited for meetings, presentations, and small group gatherings.

Campbell Room

The Campbell Room can accommodate up to 15 people in a theatre-style layout, 10 in a café-style setup, or 20 for a cocktail‑style event, making it an ideal space for small meetings, workshops, and intimate gatherings.
